Hickory Smoked Country Ham - Cured and smoked with the same care as our bacon, these Country Ham are authentic to Ham produced in the mountains during the coldest of winters. These Ham are from Ossabaw hogs which provides a richness and marbling that is unmatched. These pigs are raised within 25 miles of our farm by a small farm select breeder who works closely with us to maintain the best quality pork. These pigs are nournished by natural seasonal foliage to add to a rich unique flavor. No nitrates or nitrites are used in the curing process for a more natural product.
