Prosciutto – whole Ossabaw hog ham cured and aged for a longer time than our country ham to build a richer, deeper flavor. The buttery fat from these pigs matures into a prosciutto that will rival its European cousins. Our unique aging method produces a Prosciutto with a much softer finish that typical Prosciutto so you can truly appreciate the flavors of the pork. No nitrates or nitrites are used in the curing process for a more natural product. It may age a little longer, but it is worth the wait.
