Hickory Smoked Country Bacon -Prepared in the tradition of the Appalachian Mountains. This bacon is dry cured longer than most bacons and hickory smoked. It has a more intense flavor and firmer texture than traditional bacon. It is smoked the old fashion way, reminiscent of my old mountain smoke house. No nitrates or nitrites are used in curing and It is not injected with smoke, not infused with smoke flavoring, or hot smoked with liquid smoke, chips, or pellets. Extra care is taken to prepare this bacon as authentically as possible.
